Jamie Maxfield attended the 10th Anniversary of the AANE (Asperger's Association of New England) Conference this year.

Jamie had the pleasure of presenting the keynote speaker, Dr. Oliver Sacks, a portrait that Jamie had drawn several weeks earlier.

The Asperger's Association of New England (AANE)'s mission is to foster awareness, respect, acceptance, and support for individuals with Aspergers syndrome and related conditions and their families.

Anneliese joins the Oprea family on the 3rd of September at approximately 6:30 AM in the morning. 17 inches and 7.9 punds. Both Parents, area doing well.

Corey Bowers Olmsted will wed Sadaf Sidnee Waziri at the Fort Williams, Cape Elizabeth, Maine. (Corey Olmsted is the son of Kevin Olmsted, and the grandson of Burton & Margaret Olmsted)

A Day in the Country is a friend-raiser for the Western New York Land Conservancy hosted by Olmsted Camp. Said the event organizer, Emily Oprea, "It is a great way to spend a relaxing day in the country, enjoy the Open Mike music, browse the art show and support a great cause." This year the Rodericks will descend upon Olmsted Camp to hold their first Roderick reunion in over 15 years. From July 23 to July 30th, this reunion is expected to host more than 20 direct descendants of Howard and Emily Roderick.

Alex Ogan will represent his school, Harvard, at the finals of the North American College Bridge Team Championship, in Atlanta GA this year. The tournament goes from July 22 to July 24th. Mr. Ogan has been a long time champion of Bridge. His team is one of the favored in this year's championship.

Another Ogan Baby Boomer Bash (BBB) goes off without a hitch. Nick & Anne Ogan, creators of the annual Baby Boomer Bash (BBB), were pleased with this years attendance that went from July 2th wrapping up on the 4th. "Good food, good friends and relatives a nd lots of good wine" said one of the attendees, Lia Oprea. The Baby Boomer Bash has been going on annually for three years now.

Alex Ogan will be graduating from Harvard.

Leah Olmsted passed her final exam and is now officially a licensed beautician. Leah, the daughter of Roger Olmsted, was excited and ready to take on the fashion industry. "Now I need to start saving for my beautician kit" remarked the recent graduate. Leah will be practicing her trade in her home town.
