Sarah McCoubrey’s “Earthbound” Exhibit
Sarah McCoubrey’s “Earthbound” paintings will be exhibited at Bannister Gallery from Oct. 7-to-28, at Rhode Island College, Providence, RI. Sarah’s landscapes depict backyards and vacant lots luminously rendered in oil on panel. She brings pathos and majesty to these seemingly ordinary scenes. The opening reception will take place at Bannister Gallery on Oct. 7 from 5-8 p.m.

Kaelan Dickinson on NBC TV’s “School Pride”
NBC TV’s “School Pride” debuts Friday Oct 15. The second week, Friday Oct 22 will feature Lanier Elementary in Baton Rouge where Olmsted cousin, Kaelan Dickinson teaches 2nd grade. NBC chose four teachers to shadow that week as they renovated the school in seven days. Kaelan and three of her fellow Teach For America teachers were picked. Tune in on Oct. 22 at 8 p.m. EST or 7 p.m. Central time to see Kaelan.
